This page identifies the publisher of the Interval app and sets out the terms under which it is used.

Publisher

Interval is published by Camera Duel, the trade name of Teddy Verneuil, sole proprietor (EI), Rue Magellan, 56860 Séné, France. SIRET 792 687 576 00043. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Publication director: Teddy Verneuil. Contact: contact@lezbroz.com.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (cloudflare.com). Like any host, Cloudflare technically processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site. The app itself hosts nothing: it runs entirely on the device, with no server and no account (see the privacy policy).

The app and its offer

Interval is an iOS app for creating timelapses and hyperlapses, distributed exclusively through Apple’s App Store. The free version includes all shooting settings, 1080p export with a watermark, and three full-quality exports offered. The one-time purchase “Interval Pro” unlocks 4K export, removes the watermark and lifts the export limit, permanently and without a subscription.

License

The app is licensed for personal use under Apple’s standard end user license agreement (Apple EULA). It may not be resold, decompiled or redistributed.

Purchase and refunds

The Interval Pro purchase is processed by Apple, which acts as the seller under the App Store terms. Refund requests are made to Apple, under its terms, via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content

The photographs and videos created with Interval belong to their authors. The publisher has no access to them, does not exploit them and does not use them to train any model. The user is solely responsible for their captures, in particular for respecting people’s image rights and the rules that apply to the places filmed.

Availability and liability

The app is provided “as is”. The publisher makes every effort to keep it reliable but does not guarantee it is free of errors; it cannot be held liable for loss of content, in particular if the app is deleted, the device fails, or a capture is interrupted for reasons beyond its control (incoming call, flat battery, overheating).

Intellectual property

The Interval app, its name, icon, interface and all its graphic elements are the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

Personal data and cookies

The app collects no personal data and uses no trackers. This website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool. Details are in the privacy policy.

Governing law

This notice is governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the competent French courts.
